I wish they would have a place for them to post important updates like when new cards are going out and old ones are getting discontinued I dont check my mail from aventa everything is accessible on the app yes im irresponsible and dont read the mail but bank statements are available here and hate opening them up even though I selected paperless so something like this didnt happen its just frustrating.

App is almost worthless. Biometrics does not work. Takes a picture of a check, looks clear until it shows it to you, then is blurry. Functionality is questionable especially when you have to take the check in weeks later after the deposit. Might as well not have the thing and just go in anyway.

Terrible app. No matter how many times I change the password it still doesn't let me log in on the app. Website works perfectly fine. Very annoying.
