I have been a member of BDCU since my grandparents opened an account for me when I was in junior high school. The staff is always friendly and this app is about as easy as you can get. It's simple to jump on and check balances, see what's pending, check the history and deposit checks with a picture. The interface is straight forward and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all day!!!

BDCU is consistently a 10 out of 10 in all categories. Over the decades, Even when they made an occasional error, their correction procedures are outstanding. When it was me that made the mistake, they were also outstanding in their correctional procedures. They think of their members/customers as people. Not just another number.

This app would be 5 stars if it incorporated better scanning for depositing checks. I think just adding a flashlight/flash option to the scanner would prevent blurry scans. (Simply model it after the Google Drive app scanner.) Update years later, dropped a star as still no flashlight option yet tons of other upgrades. I always need a light to get a useable scan.
