Ratings and reviews

I leave a negative review for this app not because it's ineffective; quite the opposite! When I first started using Bathtimer it helped tremendously to reduce my shower time from ~30 minutes to 5. In fact, I liked it so much, I decided to purchase the Pro Mode. But that's where my problems started. Ever since I purchased the Pro Mode the app crashes a couple seconds after starting any routine, making the app unusable. I ask that the developers either fix this crucial bug or give me a refund.

This app was amazing when I first downloaded it. I entered how long each of my steps were taking to add up to my 30-minute showers. Then I told the app how long I wanted my showers to take (8 minutes). The app automatically set goals for me to decrease my time and calculated how much shorter each step would need to take. I was successfully able to reach my goal. Now the app has been changed to a regular timer app. When I backtrack, there is no goal function to get me back on track. I'm sad...

I naturally take 20-40 minute showers. The few short showers I've taken involved inducing a state of minor panic for the duration of the shower. With this app I've been taking 5-6 minute showers and not even feeling rushed. I'd like if the ads at the end were muted, or you could pay to remove them altogether (I'd absolutely pay for this app), but it's not annoying enough for me to take off an entire star. (Edit: the ads have now been muted.)
