ONCE AGAIN- A YEAR LATER- THE APP IS CRASHING EVERY TIME I PLAY SOMETHING. seriously- do they expect people to pay for premier when it seems to have problems every other week? Last year it didn't work for 5 months. now it doesnt work on a different tv. I've done all the troubleshooting. there's no chat available, probably because they want you to keep paying without providing service. you cant get ANY help. I'm giving it a week then canceling and going to Acorn.

I wanted to watch an episode and was propted to subscribe. So I did and it was 10.99/month. Then it wouldn't let me view the episode. Instead it prompted me to upgrade to the premier subscription for $149/year. A very deceptive practice in my opinion. Had I known it required premier, I probably would have never purchased a subscription. On top of that there was no mechanism by wich to upgrade on google play once you were already a monthly subscriber. Requested a refund but was denied.

1. you need functionality! 2. you need to let me remove programs from the continue watching. 3. when I pause on an episode, it would be wonderful if I came back to that same episode. currently it goes back 1-3 episodes every time I pause and the screensaver pops on. it's very frustrating that the episodes are not listed so I can go to the season and episode I want. 4. I wish there were a way to rate programs. 5. let me see info about a program without it without going to continue to watch
