Caremerge Family Engagement is your one-stop shop to connect family members with their loved one’s senior care or other healthcare providers. We all live busy lives and this app helps us stay on top of our loved one’s care as it’s delivered in various care settings.

Ratings and reviews

I created an account, made a password and was able to see what mom had been doing and comments. Tried to log in the next day, it said invalid credentials. It asks for username or email, I entered my email. I've reset my password a dozen times, nothing. It won't let me start the process over, and my email address hasn't changed. No customer service. Thanks for nothing but aggravation. If I could give this app a negative rating. I would.

I've had to contact support twice in 7 months. 1st due to numerous sound notification for 1 event and now because nothing can be marked as read for 3 weeks. My sister in memory care is 12 hrs. away, so I love the pictures they send but other than that the app is kind of a nuisance. 2 days after the May 27 2020 update the Caremerge app indicates my password is wrong and dosen't recognize my email address for recovery. Making the app completely nonfunctional.

Horrible App. I downloaded yesterday. It won't even let me open it today. I messaged a question and have not received a reply. I will delete the app and just bug the h%$# out of the facility on updates about my loved ones. I don't have time for apps that don't work like they are supposed to.
