I'm leaving this review so depop stops hounding me to leave them a review every time I rate a seller. Good thrifting app. My personal favorite. I use it often. Nice interface. 4☆ because it causes me endless aggravation when I filter by size and then see results for "multiple sizes" and when I click on it, the size I have in my filter is not available. Drives me nuts. Please fix your filter system. Other than that it's a good app

I got sucked in by the ads and made 3 purchases. One order was perfect, no issues. The second the seller cancelled the item to sell it elsewhere for more money. The final one the seller claimed to not see my purchase, I asked for a refund after 15 days and they ghosted me. The problem with this platform is that depop doesnt hold sellers accountable AT ALL. They can ghost you whenever, cancel whenever, and if you open a dispute with depop they may or may not refund you.

*update* conveniently soon after this review, my account got suspended. 🤔 Advertised features are not actually available. If you are in the US be careful, Depop states that you have the option to ship on your own, but you actually cant. Depop shipping is known to be expensive & annoying (not just in the US) so the 'other' shipping option is used to ship on your own, except the option has been completely removed for the US despite still being on their shipping info section as a stated option.
