Following are the key features supported by the app:

· Pay tickets by credit or debit card or through your bank account (eCheck). No Fee applies when paid using eCheck.
· Dispute a ticket immediately using your device’s camera to upload evidence.
· Search ticket(s) using violation or license plate numbers.
· Save tickets you have previously searched for.
· Save license plates and billing information on your device.
· View payment history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· View dispute history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· Receive receipts by email and/or text.

Ratings and reviews

Horrible, the only fee free way to pay is so poorly designed that it's basically impossible to use. If you try and enter your checking account number, it won't let you see what you entered, and if you leave the window (for example to switch to another window where you are reading the number from, it deleted everything you entered. Seems like they make it extra hard to pay the fee free way.

This app makes an otherwise painful process easier. It was a synch to dispute my ticket then ultimately pay it when the dispute didn't come back in my favor (as much as I can still disagree with that ruling, it's not the app's fault!). Only two hitches were: My ticket didn't appear in the app immediately, but adding it was easy enough. Secondly I'd have liked to see the service fee show up before the checkout and maybe some explanation about what it's for.

Obviously I hate paying parking tickets but I have to say I really appreciate how straightforward this app makes the process. For a government app it's really well done. I do wish the credit card fields let you autofill properly; I think they're recognized as numeric passwords rather than credit cards. I just use PayPal (thank you for this option!) so I don't have to type in the number every time.
