Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

It keeps shutting off motion and human detection settings. People have come to my door and I have no camera footage because of this. I turn the settings on and they turn back off automatically. It won't let me save them on. Chat customer service says they automatically disable my settings to conserve the battery. I can recharge the battery everyday if I have to, stop disabling my settings! So frustrating!

If I could, I would rate this zero stars. Seriously. I would not recommend this app at all. Not even just from a disgruntled customer standpoint, but also on a security standpoint. If you view your live feed; a full screen, 30 - 60 second ad opens. By the time you can go back, the trespasser is gone. To review the footage, you need to watch more ads. Genuinely terrible for consistent home security, and the subscription isn't cheap for the limited storage you get. Pricey, ad-ridden, and laggy.š
