Ordered EY memories when we changed nursery. Placed an order to download all memories on 30 August. After not receiving any download link after the promised 48 hours, I emailed customer support. Only then did they tell me about some technical issue. It has now been over 2 MONTHS!! Multiple emails, same "we're investigating it" but no download link. Atrocious! Hire better engineers and solve it, please!

Asked to log in every time??! Since a recent update I now have to log in each and every time. so I open the app, I have to type my email in, click next. password. click next..... no "remember me" option if that wasn't bad enough, I then have to wait for an email code to let me in! this is absolutely outrageous! when I want to just go in and see what my daughter is doing at nursery or I have communications of an injury it takes an age and a lot of effort to get in. Really not happy

Spams annoying "flash sale" notifications (that do nothing) that cannot be blocked as they use the same channel as important communications from nursery. Maybe it is a good enough app for communication between nursery and parents, but at least allow an opt out for marketing, especially when unused by our nursery.
