The worst banking app experience in my entire life. Customer service is garbage, they treat you like a piece of trash. They don't ever own up to the errors on their end and to make it worst, they want to fault you after they just explained how they don't see how the error occurred in the first place but there is nothing they can about the fees that went along with the errors. I miss FIRST TENNESSEE, they always took care of everything rather it was q fault on my end or theirs. FTB customers r #1
