This app basically goes down once a week. Or kicks you out and wont let you change the password. Or times out before you can get logged in.. It is not a reliable app. update: 4 years later and nothing has changed. it's a terrible app that is filled with all sorts of issues.

Horribly inconsistent. Never know if app is going to work properly. Cross my fingers everytime I click on the app to use it. At least 50% of the time it says "An error occurred please call this number for assistance." Absolutely annoying. The developers of this app need to address this issue immediately, as it's been happening for some time now. Please fix this issue. Surely I'm not the only one who's experiencing this problem.

This app quit working on my Android phone after security update. So I changed Bank's , no buddy in the bank had no idea what was wrong I think it had security issues . I even Emailed you twice with no response and that's why I don't Bank there anymore plus other issues of them setting My debit card spending limit by overriding the debit card app not happy with that. Think it's not legal
