Update : Thanks Frndly for correcting the problem. Love the app. Prior: Problems with app: Last night the app suddenly stopped working. Keep getting error message that "An app didn't load correctly." Force stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still get error. Meanwhile I can continue to watch the program I was Chromecasting despite not having app installed. This morning, it's working but if I go from My Stuff to the Guide, I get the message "program fetch failed 100000".

This streaming service it great when it's not glitching. This recent update has caused delay, glitching, and cutting out in the middle of watching a recorded show (it literally completely closes out back to my smart TV home screen). It also freezes when browsing the guide. These issues should be fixed before you lose customers.

Trying2watch the recordings closest2expiring AND working my way up to present day, my next is ➡️20 days⬅️ from expiring. The only way to get to that, is to go to Just Recorded list & scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM (9 mo. worth), & once I watch it & delete it, IT PUTS ME BACK ALL THE WAY AT THE TOP, & then I have to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM AGAIN to watch the next oldest one. Wish it would LEAVE ME WHERE I WAS, at the bottom,OR you had a Next to Expire list for all recordings.

Great news! We actually do offer a "Recordings Expiring Soon" list on your MY STUFF page. This list includes movies and TV show episodes in order of when they are set to leave your DVR.
