Half star improvement. I love the programs. Your format and access still need a lot of work. After signing in I still can not simply go to resume watching for a program unless I have paused the next episode some where after it starts the last time I watched. Otherwise I have to go to my library and find the next episode. This is an improvement from where you were when I first signed up.

Wonderful for family entertainment! I loved that it doesn't feature any sex scenes or cussing as many other streaming services do in nearly ever movie now. I got frustrated with Netflix and certain TV shows because all I was able to watch was something I thought was good until one scene and it would be like a flip switched - the old bait and switch. Up is not like that.. all the movies we have seen have been clean and enjoyable, especially heartland. Love it!

This app is still scrolling, will not stay loaded. Tried reboot, log out/log in, and even made sure nothing else on internet signal- nothing is working. We start watching show then it starts threading and won't clear. I have exhausted all technical things to clear, hasn't been successful. Please fix this, you'll end up losing customers if this doesn't get resolved. Oh by the way, I have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ for my family, I'm able to view all of these without issue. Thanks for reading!
