overall, the hellofresh app works pretty well. However in my case, there is absolutely no option either on the app or the website to add, correct, or change or the phone number associated with my account. It simply doesn't appear anywhere under any settings. I can only change my name and email address. I filed a help ticket with the company.

This is a rating of my experience with the company. The produce I've been ordering hasn't been good past Wednesday when I recieve it on a Monday. This last box I recieved only had instructions for 1/3 of the meals included. This usually isn't a huge issue because instructions are available on the app but the instructions on the app werent available either. I'm left with a paper bag full of ingredients and a heart full of disappointment.

app has gone massively downhill the past month or two. cannot load a single recipe card and since they seem to forget one each week, it's a huge pain to make the meals. reaching out through their chat sometimes gets a recipe card but half the time the people aren't capable of understanding that basic request. plus it doesn't let you download it from the chat. if the app doesn't improve quickly, I'm going to finally move on... after 100+ boxes. such a shame they can't get the basics correct.
