I've been looking at several auctions/foreclosures locally. Kept seeing pop-up ads for Hubzu, claiming they have listings other Realtors may not. So, sure, it's worth a try. Downloaded the app, entered target location, claims there are NONE available?!?! I'm aware of & have saved 13 listings in my local area. This is obviously false advertisement on a company's credentials & abilities. Complete waste of my time.

You are bidding against the auctioneer or rep of same it appears .lol Fixed bidding it appears from screen shots. Prob if they get price they want will be okay. Beware. Bid with awareness. After posting this and reviewing previous postings....waste of time. Obviously I could be wrong. Watch the bidding process in last 15 min. Lol. Maybe I imaged what I saw. Bottom line glad I saw what I did before getting caught up in it. Feel bad for the last 336M bidder. No matter what response occurs.

Very bad system. Gives the banks power to lock you in by charging your credit card.( They hold a charge to know your serious, yeah right). So if you are the winning bid you are locked in. Basically that is all it says that you need to satisfy your moneyin a certain amount of time and if you do not then you violate the agreement and they charge your card and take $2,500. Therefore this sounds like a scam
