Still need tons of improvements but have great potential to support teams in efficiently running the center. I like that it can be mobile and the possibility of addressing customer's queries immediately while walking around the center.

3 stars & 3 Suggestions: 1. Enable multiple file attachments on tickets. 2. Include very critical information such us titan account number. 3. Enable ability to highlight text characters so copy and pasting will be faster.

Great stuff - but look into the responsive level and the tabs in detail - data doesn't load or not accurate. Overall amazing move.
