• Scan QR Code for Cash out: Scan QR codes at Uddokta points for Cash Out

For convenience, you can select frequently recharge amount from the screen.

My Wi-Fi is strong, and I even bought mobile data. Everything works fine, like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and gaming. However, when I try to log into this app, it says, 'App could not connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again later.' I’ve cleared the cache, data, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, but after 10 tries, it still doesn’t work. Giving it 1 star is generous; if there was a -5 star option, I’d choose that

Not happy with experience I've had with the app. Tried to pay my electricity bill multiple times but failed every time! I cross checked all the information I provided and everything was correct, but still it was showing error. Not at all pleased😠😠

This app is rubbish now. I can't log in my account in this app. firstly it's showing app could not connect with servers and say please check your Internet. secondly when the OTP come to my phone and i want to submit in app but i can't submit this OTP and come to message like the OTP's time expired and say call to the 16167 and collect the new OTP and this message again and again. i tried it so many times. Even i talked with there helpline customer officer but not solved. Don't install app.
