A great app. Obviates the need for the Mobile Banking App significantly. Not many banks have this functionality as a stand alone app. Would have given it 5 stars but for 2 reasons. Firstly if there are multiple accounts then it is not possible to give each account a label or name or some identifier. Secondly there is a delay for a few hours before ledger entries are updated in app. It appears there is a batch job that runs in the background periodically from the Centralized Banking software.

Such a worst service provided. When I ask the bank employees about my past transactions, they ask me to use this app. Download, uninstall and redownload. I did this almost 10 times. I am entering customer id and mobile number all the time, but nothing is happening. And if something pops up, it's just 'processing'. And that processing goes on for more than half an hour. Such a worst app. Not at all user friendly although I downloaded the updated version. Improve this app. Highly disappointed. 😡

My passbook does not open at all, saying connection timeout error for the past 1 month, so I updated the app thinking it might solve the problem, and lo and behold, the problem is worse now. I open the app, it says language and press continue, it seems me back to playstore. If zero rating was there I would have given it. And it is saying that unspecified pin etc
