Background service ror constant monitoring does not work. It only works with the app open. Adding a new server/site is glitchy and never excepts the contacts firt time around. I have to add a site/server with basic info and then go back and edit the site/server to add contacts and priority. Sonetimes it sticks, sometimes it doesn't. The contacts SHOULD be notified automatically when a server/site goes down, either by email or text, but it currently has to be done manually. Pretty useless.

it seemed good for a while then I uninstalling it. I gorgon why so I tried it again. now I remember how often it reports a connection failure when the servers are 100% fine and online. wifi or 4G offer the same hit and miss results. this makes it worthless as a monitor g app. I get alarms every couple hours then a couple minutes later it says things are fine. My desktop app is checking every 30 seconds and sees no errors during the same period. very strange. uninstalling again...

Very well designed but occasionally stops / hangs apparently due to unknown errors or perhaps a timing problem. Requires hitting "request all" to restart it. Running it n a dedicated device reduces the frequency of hangs. It's now 2 years later. Still love the tool even though it still hangs up frequently. I would give it a five if it would not hang.
