【ROOM TYPE & MULTI-UNIT】

Ratings and reviews

My review is of the service in general and not the app. I have started my first airbnb rental and listed it on VRBO too, i wanted to purchase the app to be able to also be listed on Google Vacation Rentals but it seemed like they did not want me as a customer. They said i needed to have more booking to be able to sign up. If you don't want customers who are starting out, I suggest you mention that on your page so people who are starting out don't waste their time signing up for the service.

I am unable to add a community fee to each of my bookings. Our Community Fee covers parking. In response to this, Hostex wants me to increase my nightly rate which would turn away viewers seeing a higher nightly rate. If Hostex can add fees for cleaner's and pets, they could also add this fee or at least give a user the ability to add a specific fee. As the host, I'd like to show my guests where their monies are being applied.

works fine, VRBO integration doesn't seem be working correctly. Financial reports don't seem accurate because it only gets partial data? Support is slow. Could be a lot better, hope it gets better in the future, great value if everything works .
