They fixed the"error login" issue, (Aug 18,2024), so I've updated it from 1 star ( only bc the app was pointless besides that). It's back functional now, so I can locate, remote start, and lock/unlock my suv from anywhere there is cell signal. I didn't get a coupon on a service or something as an apology, but I guess simply taking care of the issue was enough

I have been receiving a system error message, and the app is not allowing me to sign in. It has been more than a week, and it is still not fixed. It's an expensive paid subscription it should be like this. I reached out to the customer service, and they replied back, saying they could not help. They said I need to contact a different department as they have a separate service line for 2018 and older models. This is so frustrating. The app gives breaks right when you need it the most. It's summer

Update...Fixed again after a month not working. Update...Not again! I'm receiving the same system error message. This is a very expensive app service that should not have the same problems that it had 2 years ago. There is no excuse for this. Update...I received a personal message from Mercedes that the system error within the app problem was fixed. Which was nice. The app is now working, and no issues are detected. I hope it will continue to work because it's an excellent app.
