How to Use:

★ Install the TMB DIGILOBBY application.
★ Enter your Customer ID[7 digit numeric] and Registered Mobile Number with Bank.
★ If you don't know the Customer ID, check for Cust-Id in your Bank Passbook or your A/C statement or contact your branch.
★ Wait to receive your Secret Code via SMS to your phone number, enter it to confirm and proceed.
★ Now set your Digi-PIN.
★ You have successfully registered for TMB DIGILOBBY App and you can start using it by entering your Digi-PIN.

Complete disaster application. Most of the time never works. While the application loads. You can get to the bank, wait in queue and get your work done and get back home.. but the application will still be loading. Frustrating app and bank. Looking to switch to other good banks.

This app helps in giving easy access to our account and but still I will give 4 stars because if you add an option to log in into another account it will be even more easier. Because everytime to check the bank statement of different account I'm deleting the app and downloading it again. But overall TMB DIGILOBBY is an great app I will 💯% suggest it...

Your app is not allowing me to download account statements for more than 3 months. It keeps sending only a 3-month statement repeatedly. Please fix this issue. Very disappointed. Also I am trying to call customer care for the same issue, tha call is not connecting.
