Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app for work for several years now. It's always had some difficulty syncing, but usually it sorted itself out after a couple of sync attempts. My phone had an update last night and all my apps also updated. I don't know if it's related, but today syncing was like pulling teeth. I had to resync DOZENS of times to get it to work and it took far longer than usual to complete, often failing if I put the window down to check another app. Please see if this can be fixed.

I use the app for work, and lately it has been having a lot of trouble synching and can take forever to check in or out of a location. Oftentimes, I have to restart my phone to get it to register that a call is done or that I have checked out of a location. I originally reviewed this app a few months ago and nothing has gotten better. It is as though the app developers don't even care.

Needs update. Is not compatible with newest version of Android, so it does not work well on my device. It is constantly restarting when I try to upload photos into my surveys. This wastes my time and my employers money, as they have to pay for the time it takes to restart surveys over and over. It has been almost a year since the last update.
