Barely works. Can't use tasks and if you can start, you can't submit or pause, so you can't clock out. Sometimes clock functions fail to work, so they had to add an edit timecard function in a recent release. That means the code is so bad it can't be fixed, or the devs aren't skilled enough to understand what's wrong and fix it. Customer service's policy of requiring reps to say "as a one-time courtesy" is extremely rude. I didn't break your code or make a mistake. You're fixing your own prob!

This app is absolutely horrendous. I shouldn't have to click something several times in order for it to register that I clicked it. Whenever I start an mplan, the screen always goes white, and I have to hit the back button in order for the questions to appear. Sometimes, the questions jump back and forth before it decides which question comes next. And on rare occasions, the questions don't even have answers to click.

Jerry “Onakickout”
I recently started using this app by Amp for work. I find difficult to use. It freezes up and doesn't work right. I can't think of anything good to say about this app. It is the official app used in my job. It's terrible as evidenced by not respondingmost of the time. It makes signing into and out of my job frustrating. I have no choice. I have to use it. Amp, not a favorite. Not even close to the previous app 1 Hub. That app worked beautifully and so easy to use.
