this is absolutely the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. no support. outdated functionality. takes upwards to ten minutes for a single sync to upload mplans. Then you've gotta sync again if you're clocking out for lunch or submitting work documents. You'll sit there thirty minutes trying to clock in or out, upload data, or check on work duties. So ultimately you waste hours of productivity on an app that was outdated ten years ago.

I have been in retail merchandising for 20+ years and used many devices and apps. This is the worst. At first I thought it might be my 3yr old phone. But others with differing phones were having problems too. Freezes frequently. Syncing can take 5 min. Often need to restart to make it go. Will freeze on closing a project, when you get back in it might have sent, or maybe not. Cumbersome. Did the developers get paid by how many useless pages they could create? My work could be entered on 3 or 4

This app seems like it could be great, but it constantly won't sync, even when on wifi. To get it to sync I have to log out and back in for every mplan. Also if you need to review your order, log out and back in. This week an extra half hour was added to my work day just going through this process. Log out, login, log out, login..... sigh
