Okay app, BUT you do not have an option for biometric log ons or have your password saved to the app. You have to type it in every time and that is ridiculous when you are in a hurry and in and out of the app. This should absolutely be an option. Until that gets switched, I will not rate higher.

The back button on the navigation bar does not work with this app, makes it hard when you only have one hand available. I can't sort by location, which would be very useful. This was an option before the fancy update. Randomly just doesn't respond. I'm connected to good wifi, but I have to switch to data. Or now I'm on data and I have to switch back to wifi for the app to respond. The app signs me out but I keep getting notifications, I have to sign back in and then hit log out

Work for a hotel my company changed to this application. Struggles to open and log in. There is times when I think there's no new request. Won't refresh promptly have to close the app wait, try to login at least 10 minutes wifi I have to connect, disconnect, connect until I get lucky. By then I have 3 to 5 requests fron 30 mins ago. Requests are on an estimated time to complete every one. Well I always complete them late. Thank you.
