Ratings and reviews

Almost unusable (Samsung G23). Photos randomly repeat with the repeat photo displaying where a subsequent photo was taken. Photos showing in the cue disappearing when chosen to mark damages. Photo not letting me mark damages. Photos randomly re-arranging themselves. How about the incessant request to turn on location microphone and video. Super Dispatch: You don't need that stuff from me! Don't you realize (and maybe this is the whole point) you are tracking me and not the cars...!

Used to be a great App. Now this year it is riddled with more and more problems especially with the camera. Now I have to restart my phone 5 times a day just to complete my inspections with mandatory photos for payment. Extremely aggravating that it now has all these glitches and we have to pay for the app now

for the most part app works pretty good. after the latest update I'm no longer able to use my volume button on my s24 for the camera shutter in the app but if this latest update fixed the camera in the app from bugging out and me having to restart my phone 6 times, I can live with that
