I really enjoyed my 1yr plan!👋🏿 Now, I don't really need the services. it's warning me of upcoming yearly subscription which is 3 times more than I initially agreed to pay after a year is passing. absolutely super hard to unsubscribe and need to find ways to do so. TikTok should be open to use everywhere in the world. now, I guess there is no need to watch short videos.

App needs "favorite location" feature (especially since the big red button to connect to a random server rarely works). Aside from that, the protocol used is a bit dated (now that the service it's built on top of employs the faster "Lightway" protocol), and a number of services do not work with it–namely Netflix. BUT, on the whole, it's not a bad VPN service. It's cheap, it works most of the time... I just wish they'd update things to add favorite location and work on increasing speed. 🙏

Downgrading to 1 star. Even after contacting support as recommended, everything is still broken. The application signs me out nearly every time I use it, and I have to 2fa, on top of it not running in the background. I guess you get what you pay for. I would rather pay $10 a month for something reliable, than have to deal with the bugs in this application. Subscription cancelled, along with all my other namecheap services. Done supporting a corporation that doesn't care about it's customers.
