I downloaded this app as a quick and easy way to search for and purchase domains when ideas hit. However just going to the website is more reliable and less frustrating. This app is broken more often then not. Today domain search isn't working, before that payments were broken, before that login was broken. It's always something. This should be the simplest, most straightforward app, but the UI is total nonsense and it's always broken in one or more ways. Just pull the app, Namecheap.

I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed. Please wait or go back and open this page again". Nothing I do seems to work. Additionally, adding 10 years (one decade) doesn't seem to even be an option on the actual (mobile, at least) website. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.

A user experience NIGHTMARE. A giant steaming pile. Unbelievably bad. I cannot properly explain in words how bad this app and their website is but I will certainly try. If you are in the middle of a giant "beast mode" search with a nice long list of names (just being creative) and you hit generate and after 20 minutes of waiting for it to load, you get logged out, then you lose your fkn progress!!! I have lost so much time trying to search for domains that I literally don't care anymore.
