Ratings and reviews

This app was a good alternative for those without med insurance to be able to see a doctor without high expense. They used to prescribe minor meds-- (antibiotics, cough suppressant, etc) anything more severe and clearly you need to go in person to see a professional, which is good. As of late, everything requires going in person, and they no longer write a script. I don't know what initiated the change, but at this point it's useless to pay for this app. Why pay $20 to be told to see a doctor?!

I was downloading the app to check it out, and did not want to pay for it until I knew it was actually legitimate. RED FLAGS! 1: They sent a code, I entered the code, the app went to the next step, but stated there was an error on their end. 2: They require you to enter the last 4 of your SS#. 3: You're not allowed to continue without entering your credit card information. There's not an option to view the app or a trial/test option.

This app is pointless. Our work offers it so we dont miss work for appointments. its a waste of time. I have used it 2x and the suggestion for care have been terrible. The 1st time I delayed going in person due to the advice. The advice was take Sudafed. I will never take that again. I needed antibiotics. The recommendation are going to be go to the store and buy something. if you've tried that and need more care. Just go in person.
