this application is practically useless in my opinion. the amount of downtime they have for their servers is farcical at this point, especially given the type of app this is. having servers down for an entire day once a week would be unacceptable from a mobile game, let alone an app we entrust our banking info with. additionally their "customer service" is practically worthless seeing as they don't even bother replying to emails when such issues arise.

kicks me put when trying to use my phone says you have a bug and it needs fixed ......I literally have 9 hours that I'm trying to use ....I just had 2 heart attacks and I need the money

it automatically long me out and no matter how many times I change my password to this app it won't let me long in even if I change my password. I wish it would allow me to get access to my payments info.
