Horrible. The app crashes all the time right now, and I can't get into the app. If I was sick and needed to release my shift, I wouldn't be able to. If I needed to request time off, I couldn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times already. Changed my password. What do I get an error with logging in. My login and password are both correct. Once I get it, it will work for 30 seconds, then crash. Then ur back to square 1. Horrible app......

I'm trying to login for the first time I put all my log in information and it's just frozen in that page doesn't move doesn't do anything. It's so frustrating I have 2 jobs and I need to know the schedule of one to set up my week ASAP and it's not working!! I would give this a 0 and I'm a first time user and not happy with this you need to fix all the wrongs it has!! Companies try to make things easier for there employees but this app makes them stress. Fix it!! 0 stars

The app itself is fine. Decent interface, easy to use, and it's great for keeping track of who works and what shifts need coverage. The downside os the availability. There is usually some sprt of issue with the server response time. It'll take forever to get you to the landing page, or just not give you it at all. There are frequent moments when the app is just unusable because the server is down. This app would be fine if it weren't for that one problem.
