I'm so so so very upset for the past couple months with this app. It originally worked on my phone and now it sits on the loading screen not changing even after an hour. I had a lot of points on there but I can't use them and I love to eat here. There NEEDS to be a place on the website to access the points and rewards instead of just on the app for problems like this. It's so very upsetting and frustrating 😭

My initial review was put in during moments of frustration with the app. I am putting in another because after deleting and reinstalling the app I did get an updated version which appears to have corrected the issues I was experiencing. I am not 100% sure because the location I was attempting to order from was closed, however as near as I could tell from running a "practice" order the app did not shut down when I reviewed my wok and added email offer to the order. Updated review is pending.

This app literally will not let me use my email, then says I need to sign in VIA Facebook, then won't allow me sign in with Facebook. Also will not let me select a favorite location when trying to recreate a new account. Also does not work on online platform. Frustrating to try and make it easier for the workers, but app doesn't work...
