I would give it a zero if I could. I have used this credit union and app for years, and all of the sudden, I can access my accounts or money because the decided not to allow my phone access to it anymore as my phone "isn't compatible anymore". BTW, my phone isn't old. It's like 2 versions behind, and functions great. When people's money and ability to access it is on the line, you should make your app accessible to ALL phones going back 15 years in my opinion, and not just the new models.

app has turned a light gray, so makes it impossible to see, especially if you have issues with your eyes. Also, you used to be able to make the screen speaker so you could see, but that option has disappeared. This does not make online banking easy at all.

They never show the correct balance; I go to the app and keep track but that's impossible when they never show you the real balance. I have to keep track myself and then they try to charge twice if courtesy fees. I told them not to charge me for courtesy fees because I didn't sign up for that to just decline the transaction and they said okay and this has happened more then once. This app is completely useless and because of the inaccuracy of this app they're taking money I don't have.
