Edit: Things are working again. I'm on app version 11.133.1. I used it to upgrade my APs from 200.13 to 200.14. Now the app will no longer connect to my APs. It tells me "Unable to reach Unleashed Network remotely." My APs are functioning fine because I can still wirelessly connect to the Internet, but I can no longer manage my Unleashed Network.

Ruckus app used to work fine, this system was installed by my home builder as part of my smart home. It's soooo difficult to login the Ruckus. Started after the update, I get "unable to login unleashed remotely." I've gone through settings and even invited myself 7 times as a remote user. No Joy! It's become a difficult system to manage. When I do get in, I can't navigate through the different APs, it'll kick me with that same message. I may switch to something less frustrating

Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience with the Login. We have fixed this issue with the latest app release BUT you will also need to be on Unleashed 200.14 latest firmware (build 200.14.6.1.199). Please upgrade both the App and Unleashed AP firmware and if you still have issues reach out to us at mobile@commscope.com.

Ok so, initially I could not get the app the work, couldn't get past the log in screen, but I figured out you have to change the log in destination from the default (unleashed) to the IP address of the ruckus, such as the one to log in through a browser. Not a big deal to find if you know what you're doing but the IP address can change after network reboot or update. Normally 192.168.1.X. The X will be different for yours.
