Charm by Samsung app. manages basic settings of your Charm and shows data of your daily activity levels.


This app helps you:

Access authority guide
The following access rights are required for service delivery :For optional access rights, the use of the basic functions of the service is possible even if it is not allowed.
[Required access authority]
- Location : The purpose searching the connectableness device around for the Samsung Charm(EI-AN920) device and the Bluetooth (BLE) connection
[Selective access authority]
- Phone : The purpose is giving a notice the call accept or missed call through the Samsung Charm(EI-AN920)
- Call logs : The purpose is giving user the notification of missed call.

If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, please update the software to configure App permissions.
Previously allowed permissions can be reset on Apps menu in device settings after software update.

Ratings and reviews

To mention my wife that has problem with connecting to Huawei P Smart 2019, and can connect to Honor 7, it is true. And please do not answer with generic comment "full charge, reboot...etc.". It is all done. We're not that stupid. It can connect to Honor (used for test), but not to P Smart 2019. So, there is a problem with app.

I've been using for 3 yrs now. But from 01.06 the app doesn't sync anymore with S Health. I even change my phone. I thought that is because I have an old model, bluetooth doesn't work. I am so dissapointed.For 3 yrs I could keep track and raise my activity level, but now I shall probably a new bracelet, not Samsung.

Its not connecting. I can see the device it Bluetooth devices search menu but the app is not detecting the device. Its fully charged
