This app is a lifesaver, my therapist moved to an office outside of my city and traveling wasnt an option for me, and I truly thought I would have to switch, but Telehealth makes it so I can have my appointments at home. The app itself works great, I've never had any issues with connectivity, the audio and video both come through clear.

The connection can get a little patchy sometimes, but I use it on mobile data and I don't have the highest quality carrier, so I think it does pretty good for what I've provided for it. I don't mess around with any thing outside of just clicking a link and joining the call, so I'm not sure what bells and whistles it has, if any, but joining the call from a link and getting started with my appointment is super simple and straightforward.

I use this app weekly and it works great. My Internet can be sketchy and it occasionally will freeze, but not nearly as much as I'd expect. The freezing has only happened 2 or 3 times in 2 years. The app makes connecting with my therapist a breeze, no matter where I go.
