Garbage buggy app. I want to support Equator, but definitely not these developers. When I try to make an order: "item has been added to your cart" "there are no items in your cart" Rinse, repeat. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times, which did nothing. I did notice that all of the data does not get deleted on uninstall. I did not have to login in after reinstalling. Very sloppy and possibly a security issue. Orders hang in "preparing" status long after they're ready.

Love the store, not happy with the app though. As others have mentioned, there's a big that prevents things from being added to the cart. I have this issue intermittently and usually when I reinstall it (on a Pixel 1 XL), it works for one or two orders and then stops. My partner has the app on her iPhone 11 and has had no issues with it though.

Coffee is great, service is great. The app however is constantly giving an error that the location is not accepting orders. If I tell the staff they can usually reset/fix it, but they don't seem to know it's down until I tell them. This is happening about 50% of the time I order.
