Ratings and reviews

I love the option they have where you can create your own bundtinis flavor combinations. The app is very easy to navigate as well. The only thing I see as an issue with the app is trying to find your profile information for "password reset". I have tried for over 30 minutes to reset password to send to my email and nothing ever came to me. I can't even find where to access inside the app to see what my password is actually.

My experience has not been good. I have a few problems with this app. 1. The app wants you to store your credit card information in the app and it only gives you points when you use the stored credit card. If you use another card, you won't get points unless you manually scan your receipt into the app. 2. I got a new phone and had to reinstall my app. I lost all my accrued points and tech support has been not been helpful in helping me reestablish my points or account. I'm thoroughly annoyed.

Signed up on PC. First time log in to app, it said my Internet connection was too slow and I'm on fast Wi-Fi. Tried again and got an email link that seemed to log me in but took me to a blank profile info screen where I had to re-enter my name, phone. etc. even though that was already done on PC. Prompts to download the app INSIDE THE APP I'M ALREADY USING. No discounts, no BOGO, you need 400 points to get anything. That's $40. Nope. Prompts to sign up email which I'd already done twice.
