It has always crashed 3 or 4 times before it finally opened and allowed me to log in. Today I got an update prompt, so I've uninstalled and reinstalled 10 times and nothing. It won't load, just a white screen. I've tried everything and nothing. I do need a new phone so I'll give it that, but very frustrating and as of now completely useless. Any ideas?

I've had a lot of issues. Considering a full change of CU. Because I do not like uncertainty with my money. Most recently my bill paying has disappeared. Don't they think that's a large reason WHY I might want to put my money in and use the app? Well it was & I'm not happy. Will try a reinstall & a call, but they don't work, I'm out.

This app was working fine until I upgraded to a new phone... so they need to patch it. I'm having the same issue everyone else seems to be having. Opens and does nothing on the latest Android
