The app is easy to use and has a good user interface. Viewing your schedule and requesting time off is simple as it should be. Upping my score to 3 stars because they finally fixed the push notifications for Android, but WHOOPS, they forgot to add biometric login support. Thanks for the push notifications, but still embarrassing for an app in 2024. Do better. I'll rate 5 stars when I can log in with my fingerprint like every other app on my phone.

A few things on the app don't seem to work for me...im only there one day a week now though, so that could be why. I love being able to check your schedule from your phone and to see what time you clocked in/out in real time. Don't like the "pre-scheduled" breaks...as the person who watches the front, they aren't always accurate and team members get confused...especially new team members. Also like the option to use my fingerprint to log in...easier than trying to keep up with another password

Need option to stay signed in, it's annoying to put in password just to check shifts multiple times a day. The app even sometimes forces 2 step verification, which is incredibly unnecessary. Our personal phones are as secure as desired. Regardless, all info here is also openly displayed in TSE, on the board without any security at all, so what's the point? This app shouldn't require a password in the first place, just the employee number, there's no reason for any security here.
