Terrible app interface. Never works right and full list of available products do not come up when looking for substitutions. Edit: no, that certainly doesn't help developer- I have tried that many times over. It's absolutely something to do with the coding, as it is happening across the board to your customers on at least android, which is apparent by the other reviews. Thanks for the "tip" though!

I have used this app for years, and it's slowly become unusable.Mosr of the time it won't load, when it does, I can't add stuff to my cart, and half the time I can't clip the available coupons. It shows expired coupons, instead of new ones. And if I get passes all of this, get what I need in the cart and the cousins clipped, it bugs out when I try to check out. I love the store and the products, but I've started using the website because the app is just too much of a hassle anymore.

This app has had SO MANY issues, consistently, for the whole two years I've been using it. Sometimes my entire cart will get deleted, sometimes it'll add things to my order, the option to add things to an existing order is useless; if you forget something, you're screwed. If I add something to my cart, it'll add something completely different from what I want. Things disappear from my cart, quantities rise magically. I could go on and on. Issue after issue.
