This app worked great for a while, but with the price increase its a bit too much for the amount of photos I share. I've not been able to change my subscription, there's no option I can find on the app or on website and I am still waiting to hear back from someone at Tinybeans support to help. Thanks for your guidance in figuring this out!

O4/27/24 I have auto renewal for my family subscription. It's annoying that every year when the subscription renews, important people I've granted access to, (mother/father"), have access removed. If the account is in good standing, renewal s/b is seamless, and users should not be affected. I wasn't even notified of the change, so I could immediately update their access. This practice needs to be changed.

Used to upload large numbers of photos and videos quickly with no problem. Now, it takes between 30 sec - 1 min to upload a single photo. Have to do them one at a time and check to make sure each one uploads properly. So, if I want to upload 30 pictures from a birthday party, it's going to take 30 minutes out of my day. 😕 Even short videos often don't upload at all. Our family has been using Tinybeans as a private photo sharing site since 2016. Quality over the past few years has declined.
