App is completely broken. Has been for over a year. I've had 3 phones in this time, and several complete reinstalls of the app, and it still will not let me log in. I enter my info, and it just spins forever. Updating March of 2024. New phone, 2 years later and it is STILL broken. They seem to actively not care about their customers. I'm in the process of moving my account away from them, and will NEVER be back.

Edit: Issues below seem resolved now; don't know if it was a bug or if the app developer is actually listening. Only issue left is the accounts grand total (w/ external accounts) should include EVERYTHING. Original: 1. Asks for dual factor authentication (sends text code) every other time I log in. This shouldn't be necessary as I'm using the same device. 2. The external account aggregation feature is nice EXCEPT it hasn't updated the automatically linked internal (TRP) accounts in 2 years!

The solution described to fix the fingerprint issue sort-of works. You have to click the "enable fingerprint" button after entering your login info. And even then, to log in, you have to click the "launch fingerprint" button and then press another button to get in. It's very awkward. And why in the app is there no place for user profile settings, like enabling fingerprint? Every other banking and financial app has figured this out. I'd expect more from TRP since their web site design is great.
