It's simply not user friendly at all, at all!! I'm not the smartest old boy, but I've been able to navigate majority of the apps around- certainly not this one! It's just too challenging & complicated. Guys please get back to the 'drawing board' and come back with something better, cause what you've given us is more added stress that us customers don't need!

Since my initial review i felt compelled to edit it. After a very frustrating, self driven orientation the app and processes all actually make sense and its a great and convenient way to use ur points. The launch was just messy. it feels like it is still in beta...the interface is not intuitive and the Alle chat just goes in circles. FCIB was not ready for this launch. It is frustrating.

I think this app is just about the worst ever! I have been trying to access it for a few months now and every time I call CIBC to get assistance they say someone will email me a link. It never happens. I have been ever so diligent to use my Platinum card for purchases and now I find, with this new app, that I can't even access the programme. I don't believe this Elle person exists.
