Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work properly. Tried getting customer service or Alle through Whatsapp and whoever seemed to get frustrated with the problem and me. Still having the same issue, even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2x. I can't give negative stars so 1 will have to suffice.

It is impossible to get registered and reaching out to customer care is no different they do nothing to help. You cannot add a credit card either. Normally, I don't respond to these, nor do I follow up on reviews, but, I just had to this time. After, seeing the response, I decided to send the email as stated, and, after I send the email, I got an auto response that the email could not be delivered. Unbelievable.

IMPOSSIBLE!! I get emails telling me about how much miles I have accumulated and how they are ready for to be redeemed. How?? Where?? The App and the service does not work. I was also advised that the bank seemed to have registered me in an inactive program called Debit Miles and that I should contact the bank. Another brick wall, no assistance there. Just being sent around in circles. I am beginning to wonder about these phantom "Miles" that the bank claims we have "accumulated".
