This app is frustrating. I can't access any of the benefits that are promised. The app regularly sends notifications of deals. I see the first line in the general notifications drop down menu. But when I click on them for more details, the information cannot be found. I tried opening the app first then clicking on the notifications and they still disappear. Suggestion. try sending the info via email as well because this makes no sense.

As some have stated using the points via this app as payment is more costly than paying by normal methods. Point accumulation ratio is very low. You also have to hunt around to find the dollar equivalent. Also, unlike other companies that offer a layer of protection- eg stop payments, or ability to raise purchase disputes, there is none of that here. Additionally, the app is frustrating to use- zero points on user friendliness and navigation.

it's tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works perfectly. only thing I am not seeing the Netflix and some other options that was sent via email on the app.. if someone could look into this would be perfect.
