The app was working great ever since I installed it months ago. Over the past few days it doesn't work. Specifically, when I make my selection for a burger or sandwich, the toppings options fail to load. After finally getting an order together while compromising on the toppings it would not complete the order because it returned an error that something was wrong. Ended up having to call it in. I won't go into the restaurant during this pandemic so the app is important to conveniently order food.

This app is messed up. I had never had a problem with it previously, and I should've come here and read the reviews to see that someone else had the same problem that I just did. The damn app kept showing some goofy error that made it look like the order didn't go through because my card was over some limit or something. It placed several orders and I didn't realize it until it was too late to call the store and cancel them. NO MORE USING THIS APP!!!!

Since you have tried to revamp your reward system the app no longer works. Just as others have stated I hit get started enter my email it tells me my session has expired that I need to log in again and takes me right back to the get started screen. I don't know why you people can't stop fiddling with things that aren't broken.
