I really wish to provide a 5 star rating, but as a profoundly deaf person... There is a major lack of basic accessibility. By making it effectively voice "only", this app has chosen to only selectively deliver lifesaving supports to those who can verbally speak, & them only. No disrespect to the dev intended, it's just seriously needed.

You are 100% right! I'm so sorry this tool isn't as accessible as it should be. We have long had plans to do so but we're a severely under-resourced team and haven't been able to work on this yet. (No Silicon Valley $ for us... surprise...) if you would be open to offering input (and joining the coop), I'd love to hear from you: gordon @ brave.coop

I like the interface and the purpose of the app especially in these times of COVID 19. The app does not cover the East African region, especially Kenya, where the use of the app is of top priority. A more gender sensitive African avatar could be of great help in marketing the app to campus student and youths. Work with local and international partners to get the application to Kenya and it will help immensely considering the tension experienced during this period. Keep up the good work 💪👌👍

As a harm reduction worker, I appreciate that there are folks out there willing to help people who want to use responsibly, and not be alone. Thanks for the great work you're doing. This is the best app., in terms of the designer's original intent and goal, on this whole darn platform. If you use, fine. But don't use alone. If you have to use alone, use the brave app. I tell this to my participants in harm reduction as often as I can.
