This app has potential but has some glitches. 1. no autopay on family accounts. the autopay works fine on the primary, but you have to pay manually by month for children's accounts. 2. only one membership at a time may be active. makes it hard to have a running membership and then add on a punch card for a different class. 3. too complicated to switch between gyms. logging out having to search for the other gym and then logging back in is a pain.

constantly glitching. either it won't open at all, or it will open but won't let you see your booked classes, or won't show available classes. if you are lucky enough to see thr classes and press "book" it glitches again. you have to log out and log in again daily, but sometimes you can't even log out, so you have to uninstall and reinstall. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better

It's ok, but has several inconveniences. They are enough that if I was on the borderline of signing up for membership to a business that mandated this app, it would push me toward not signing up. (1) Please allow members to configure notification method and frequency (i.e. an option for 'none'; I don't need my inbox spammed for every single booking). (2) Please allow members to sign-up for multiple bookings from a single stream-lined screen/display.
